Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Aywa Signature Expeditions website and the booking of our tour packages and travel services.

1. Booking & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Cancellations more than 30 days before departure: full refund minus 10% administration fee. Cancellations 15–30 days before departure: 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days: no refund. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

3. Changes to Itinerary

Aywa Signature Expeditions reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or circumstances beyond our control. We will always endeavour to provide an equivalent or superior alternative.

4. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory for all our tours. Your policy must cover medical evacuation, trip cancellation, and personal liability.

5. Responsibility

Aywa Signature Expeditions acts as an agent for hotels, airlines, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or delay caused by third-party service providers.
